The Stars Within is the first installment of The Gifts of the Stars trilogy, written by Lena Alison Knight. It’s a really fast pace Sci-Fi story, a short one, with a romantic plot as one of the parts, and which is actually darker than I expected when starting. It’s about telekinetic users that are employed as soldiers for Systech, and how that affects their lives and it’s quite cool.
Today we are accompanied by Élan Marché and Christopher Warman, authors of Seasons of Albadone, and soon, of A Contract in Sol Forne.
Seasons of Albadone is the first installment in the Eighth Chant series, written by Elan Marché and Christopher Warman. Written as a succession of seasons, it features four different stories that are intertwined, and which surprised me for the good. I really loved the book, and devoured it in a single afternoon while enjoying it so much.
Today, we have K. Pimpinella with us, author of the Time Ranger series, paramedic and whose debut is Nexus Point.
Nexus Point is the first installment of the Time Rangers series, a military sci-fi work from the Canadian author K. Pimpinella. It features the future, time travel, and an interesting organization that is responsible for keeping the temporal line, Time Rangers.
Badon Hill is the second instance in The Wars of Wrath series, this sort of Arthurian retelling, despite I would say it is more accurate to say that the Arthurian things are only a big part of the whole book, as we also continue with the North-African part of the story, with Sabra trying to escape from Gurzil.
Today, we have with us the Grimdark author A.J. Rettger, who wrote Oathbringer and his new release, Season of Kings.
